All proprietary scoring models, predictive trade algorithms, and visualization interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pacific Insight Orbit. No transfer of ownership occurs upon the subscription to our supply chain monitoring services.

Limitation of Liability
While Pacific Insight Orbit strives for absolute precision in supply chain monitoring, we serve as an informational partner. Every logistical decision involves variables outside our control—environment, geopolitics, and infrastructure failures.
Pacific Insight Orbit shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of logistics data platforms. Our maximum cumulative liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the 12 months preceding any claim.

Maintaining the confidentiality of system access keys is the sole responsibility of the client organization.

Termination Clauses
We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately if suspicious load patterns or unauthorized access attempts are detected. Subscriptions may be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party.
Modifications
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in regulatory environments. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised framework.
